Lead a high‑impact Data Science Engineering team, driving end‑to‑end MLOps pipelines, model deployment, and production reliability at scale using Python, AWS, Kubernetes, and advanced CI/CD practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and scale end‑to‑end MLOps pipelines for AI/ML model deployment across cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in designing robust monitoring, alerting, and reliability frameworks for production models.
- Drive continuous improvement of data engineering workflows, ensuring high‑quality, reproducible data pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure stakeholders to align ML initiatives with business objectives.
- Mentor and grow a diverse team of data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps specialists.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, ML engineering, or related fields, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, AWS services (SageMaker, ECS, EKS), Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
- Proven track record of delivering production‑grade ML solutions at scale.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Experience with data governance, security, and compliance in regulated environments is a plus.
