Sr. Director, Machine Learning Engineering (Remote-Eligible)
The Sr. Director, Machine Learning Engineering will lead and scale a high-performing engineering organization responsible for the Personalization Platform at Capital One. This role involves defining technical strategy for recommendation systems, GenAI infrastructure, MLOps, and low-latency application-serving, as well as driving the design and operation of robust ML infrastructure and pipelines to deliver personalized, real-time customer experiences.
