Software Engineer
Lead the design, build, and global scale of a modular, high‑fidelity Digital Twin Platform, driving product vision, architecture, and engineering delivery across manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution centers.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision for a scalable, modular Digital Twin Platform that supports Engineering and Operational Twins across global manufacturing and logistics operations.
- Architect a multi‑stack technology ecosystem, integrating Siemens Digital Twin Composer, Teamcenter, and AI/ML services to deliver end‑to‑end twin solutions.
- Lead cross‑functional engineering teams to deliver platform features, ensuring high quality, performance, and security while maintaining operational excellence.
- Establish lifecycle governance, release cadences, and continuous improvement processes to enable repeatable twin deployment at scale.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into platform capabilities, driving adoption and ROI.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product and platform leadership within industrial IoT or digital twin domains.
- Deep expertise in Siemens Digital Twin Composer, Teamcenter, and related simulation/AI/ML technologies.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise‑grade software platforms with a focus on scalability and modularity.
- Strong architectural vision, strategic thinking, and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
