About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the AI reference architecture for aero‑engine and propulsion systems, ensuring alignment with aerospace data, security, and export‑control requirements.
- Prioritize and sequence high‑impact AI use cases, leading proof‑of‑concept development and feasibility validation.
- Lead, mentor, and coach multidisciplinary engineering teams, fostering best practices in machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering.
- Own operating plans, budgets, and governance frameworks to deliver AI solutions on schedule and within cost targets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into product development pipelines and manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture within aerospace or high‑regulation industries.
- Proven track record designing and deploying cloud‑based AI solutions (AWS or GCP).
- Deep knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering best practices.
- Strong understanding of aerospace security standards and export‑control regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
