Sr. DevOps Engineer - ARA - Sphera

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS for enterprise ESG applications.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Terraform to automate deployments and infrastructure changes.
• Manage containerized workloads with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker, ensuring secure and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with development, security, and product teams to enforce best practices, monitor performance, and troubleshoot incidents.
• Implement infrastructure as code, automate provisioning, and maintain configuration drift prevention.

Requirements

• 5+ years of DevOps experience in a cloud‑first environment.
• Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, EKS, S3, CloudFormation, IAM) and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash and experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and container registry management.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.
