About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines that ingest, transform, and deliver high‑quality data to analytics and ML teams.
- Implement and manage workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow, ensuring automated, scheduled, and monitored data processes.
- Containerize services with Docker and orchestrate deployments on Kubernetes clusters in AWS, optimizing for scalability and resilience.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve data quality and processing efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DataOps or related roles within a large, complex organization.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with data transformation tools.
- Hands‑on experience with Apache Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services (EKS, S3, RDS).
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for building reliable data infrastructure.
