Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced GenAI and RAG solutions, fine‑tuning LLMs and building scalable ML pipelines to deliver AI‑driven features for complex business projects.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and GenAI solutions in production environments.
- Build and optimize Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Fine‑tune and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs) and develop prompt engineering strategies.
- Implement scalable ML pipelines using Python and monitor model performance, drift, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and subject‑matter experts to deliver AI‑driven features.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python, machine learning frameworks, and GenAI technologies.
- Proven expertise in RAG, LLM fine‑tuning, and prompt engineering.
- Hands‑on experience building production‑grade ML pipelines and monitoring systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
