About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines for clinical and research datasets.
- Collaborate with clinicians and researchers to translate medical questions into data‑driven models.
- Implement scalable data engineering solutions using SQL, Python, and AWS services (S3, Redshift, SageMaker).
- Apply deep learning and NLP techniques to imaging, genomics, and electronic health record data.
- Ensure model reproducibility, documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or AI engineering within a healthcare or research environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with MLOps practices, model versioning, and deployment pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with clinicians and data engineers.
