Senior Data Analyst role driving strategic insights across marketing, merchandising, supply chain and finance using SQL, Python, Tableau and advanced statistical techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to define analytics requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries and data pipelines to support reporting and ad‑hoc analysis.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI that communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Apply statistical and machine‑learning methods to uncover trends, forecast performance, and recommend data‑driven actions.
- Document analytical processes, ensure data quality, and mentor junior analysts on best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and modeling.
- Strong expertise in Tableau or Power BI for building executive‑level dashboards.
- Solid understanding of statistical techniques and experience applying them to business problems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex insights to non‑technical audiences.
