About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to ingest and transform transactional data from multiple sources.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to uncover trends, forecast demand, and optimize pricing strategies.
- Build interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to communicate findings to stakeholders across product, engineering, and finance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define key metrics, develop data quality frameworks, and ensure data integrity.
- Lead exploratory data projects, translating business questions into analytical solutions and presenting insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related roles within fintech or payments industry.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong statistical background with experience in hypothesis testing, regression, and time‑series analysis.
- Hands‑on experience building machine learning models for fraud detection, churn prediction, or pricing optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
