About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis for new and existing Salesforce.com program functionality.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and delivery teams to design scalable CRM solutions that drive revenue growth.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, process maps, and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to validate requirements and ensure alignment.
- Support testing, deployment, and post‑implementation reviews to guarantee solution quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a CRM/Salesforce environment.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture, data modeling, and automation tools.
- Proven ability to translate complex business problems into clear, actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross‑functional teams.
