About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in a cloud support or system administrator role with hands-on experience in Azure environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure VMs, App Services, Networking (VNets, VPNs, NSG, etc.), Azure Active Directory (AAD), Azure Functions, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Identity & Access Management (IAM) and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Familiarity with Azure CLI, PowerShell scripting, and automation tools like ARM templates or Terraform.
- Experience with Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center, and Azure Backup solutions.
- Understanding of networking concepts like DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, and firewall configurations in the Azure context.
- Previous experience in incident management, troubleshooting cloud-related issues, and providing customer support.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues in a complex Azure environment.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation is a plus.
