Job Summary

This is a Telecommute (Remote) role. Remote employees must live within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii or New York. Sponsorship is not available

​ Required Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years previous experience within Client Management and/or experience in a similar TPA or health insurance environment with client facing/client support responsibilities

OR

High School diploma and 11 years of TPA health insurance industry experience

Understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans; stop loss understanding a plus; Knowledge and understanding of benefit-related federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, etc.)

Ability to travel is required (up to 25%)

Results oriented and self-motivated

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as are exceptional organizational skills

Ability to interact with senior level executives

Excellent presentation skills

Analytical skills, problem solving skills, reading ability, creative decision-making skills, the ability to comprehend and follow instructions, mathematical ability and time management skills are required

Ability to assess and mentor team members to maximize team success and growth

Preferred Job Qualifications:

State insurance license required or obtained within 90 days from date of hire
