About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end requirements elicitation and documentation for complex technology initiatives.

- Analyze data sets using SQL to uncover trends, support decision‑making, and validate solution effectiveness.
- Facilitate cross‑functional workshops, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
- Drive continuous process improvement by mapping current state, identifying gaps, and recommending best‑practice solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a technology or financial services environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum or Kanban teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience with BPMN or similar process‑mapping techniques is a plus.
