About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional analysis and requirements gathering for finance modules within SAP, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design, document, and validate business processes, workflows, and data flows to support system enhancements and integrations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications, test plans, and user acceptance testing.
- Conduct gap analysis, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations.
- Facilitate training, support, and change management activities for end‑users and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis within finance, with a strong focus on SAP environments.
- Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP BusinessObjects, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, regulatory compliance, and audit requirements.
