Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for Manhattan WMi, iseries/AS400, RPG, and CLP applications.
- Participate in structured on‑call rotation, responding to high‑priority incidents and coordinating resolution efforts.
- Analyze root causes, implement fixes, and document solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with AI‑focused teams to integrate intelligent monitoring and automated remediation.
- Maintain detailed incident logs, service level reports, and continuous improvement plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Manhattan WMi and AS400 environments.
- Strong knowledge of RPG and CLP programming.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Willingness to participate in on‑call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
