Lead the design and validation of offensive security tooling and adversary‑emulation for AI‑first applications, driving threat modeling, automation, and remediation across infrastructure, software supply chain, and AI/ML systems.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, orchestrate, and validate offensive security tooling and adversary‑emulation artifacts for AI‑first development pipelines.
- Collaborate with AI agents to produce exploit proof‑of‑concept code and attack automation, ensuring human‑in‑the‑loop governance.
- Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and security reviews across applications, infrastructure, and the software supply chain.
- Lead remediation efforts by providing actionable guidance to development and operations teams.
- Develop and maintain security metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track vulnerability trends and mitigation progress.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in application security, offensive security, or related fields.
- Proficiency with adversary‑emulation frameworks, exploit development, and security automation tools.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML system security, software supply chain risks, and secure SDLC practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex security concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with threat modeling, risk assessment, and remediation planning.
