About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end process analytics initiatives across procurement and supply chain functions, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Extract, clean, and model large datasets with SQL and Python, applying statistical techniques to support data‑driven decision making.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, validate findings, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Implement AI and machine learning models to predict demand, optimize inventory, and enhance supplier performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in process analytics, supply chain, or procurement analytics roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in statistical modeling and machine learning.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex insights to senior stakeholders.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., scikit‑learn, TensorFlow) and data engineering best practices is a plus.
