Join our dynamic Acoustics team at RSG! We are seeking a dynamic project management professional with experience in acoustics to contribute to the development of innovative acoustics and noise control solutions.
What You Will Do
Manage small to intermediate-sized projects, participate in data collection activities, organize data using various tools, perform analytical tasks, and provide oversight and guidance to junior staff.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a relevant acoustical field of study
- 4 to 6 years of professional acoustical experience
- Strong analytic, quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, resourceful and flexible
- Demonstrated ability to deliver work on a timeline
- Outstanding writing, communication, and teaming skills
- Proficiency in or strong aptitude for working with data and conducting analyses using statistical packages, databases and spreadsheets
- Familiarity with applicable national and international monitoring and calculating acoustics standards
- Experience conducting interior and exterior sound level measurements
- Software tools (such as CadnaA, SoundPlan, and ArcGIS)
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and on a team
- Demonstrated abilities with a broad range of analytic techniques
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects
- Effective interpersonal skills
