About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade machine learning models that power anticipatory banking features across the platform.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using AWS services (S3, Glue, Redshift, SageMaker) to ingest, transform, and serve data for ML workloads.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and iterate on model performance.
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and A/B testing frameworks to ensure model reliability and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in software engineering and ML operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong background in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven expertise in AWS cloud services, especially SageMaker, Glue, and Redshift.
- Hands‑on experience building NLP models (BERT, GPT‑style) for customer interaction and data enrichment.
- Solid understanding of data engineering principles, ETL pipelines, and data warehousing.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset in a fast‑paced fintech environment.
