Senior AI Engineer driving large‑scale model development, agentic AI, and MLOps pipelines using Python, deep learning, NLP, and cloud platforms to deliver enterprise‑grade AI solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy large‑scale AI models, including LLMs and agentic systems, to solve complex business problems.
- Lead end‑to‑end MLOps workflows: data ingestion, model training, validation, and continuous integration/continuous deployment on cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures and prototypes.
- Optimize model performance, reduce inference latency, and ensure robust monitoring and governance.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best‑practice guidelines for AI development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of production‑ready models.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and NLP libraries.
- Hands‑on experience with large language models, fine‑tuning, and prompt engineering.
- Solid background in MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) and cloud services (AWS, GCP).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, innovation‑driven environment.
