About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade machine learning models that optimize supply chain, demand forecasting, and customer experience across multiple brands.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust AI pipelines using Python and AWS services.
- Containerize and orchestrate ML workloads with Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and automated retraining workflows to maintain model performance and compliance.
- Provide technical mentorship and training to cross‑functional teams on AI best practices and toolchains.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Proficiency in Python, AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS), Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and MLOps tooling.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance in a large enterprise environment.
