What You Get to Do in This Role:
Become the expert on ServiceNow CBS solutions (HR Service Delivery, Health & Safety, Workplace Service Delivery, Legal Service Delivery) for the Korea market. Help Korean enterprises modernize their employee-facing workflows and integrate ServiceNow with their existing ERP and legacy systems.
Core Responsibilities:
- Discover and qualify customers' business challenges around HR transformation, employee service delivery, and ERP integration
- Deliver product demonstrations that address customer requirements and showcase integration value
- Answer technical and functional questions from customers, partners, and internal teams
- Lead RFI/RFP responses and proof-of-concept engagements
- Build relationships with CHROs, HR Directors, Corporate Service Directors, and IT leaders
- Advise on Korea-specific compliance requirements (labor law, data protection, workplace safety)
- Collaborate with implementation partners and Sales to ensure customer success
- Mentor Korea-based Solution Consultants on CBS capabilities and best practices
- Provide product feedback to shape solutions for Korea market needs
Qualifications – Required:
- Solution Consulting or presales for ERP, HCM, or HR transformation projects
- HR Service Delivery, Service Center operations, or HR process redesign
- SaaS experience preferred
- Fluent in Korean and English (verbal and written); ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders
- Proven presales skills: excellent at writing (RFI/RFP), presenting, and conducting customer demos
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with structured enterprise buying cycles
- Strong collaborator across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams
- Quick learner; ability to rapidly grasp new technology and Korea market regulatory context
- Self-starter with results-driven, problem-solving mindset
Qualifications – Preferred:
- ServiceNow Platform experience (workflow design, integrations, data governance)
- Experience with ERP system integrations or middleware
- Knowledge of Korean labor law, PIPA, or workplace regulations
- Prior experience with Korean enterprises or multinational companies
