About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the design of scalable, cloud‑native applications, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
- Lead a cross‑functional squad in an Agile environment, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor and coach engineers, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps.
- Drive continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, automating deployments and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with a strong background in architecture and design.
- Proven experience leading technical squads in an Agile setting.
- Hands‑on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) and automated testing.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
