Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases and ETL pipelines using T‑SQL and SSIS, delivering high‑performance, scalable data solutions for business applications and reporting.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement relational database schemas, stored procedures, functions, and triggers in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Develop, schedule, and maintain ETL workflows using SQL Server Integration Services to support data warehousing and reporting.
- Perform performance tuning, query optimization, and index management to ensure high‑throughput and low‑latency data access.
- Collaborate with application developers and business analysts to translate requirements into efficient database solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve database and ETL issues in production environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with T‑SQL and Microsoft SQL Server (2016 or later).
- Proven expertise in developing and maintaining SSIS packages and complex ETL processes.
- Strong background in performance tuning, query optimization, and database troubleshooting.
- Experience with data modeling, schema design, and version control for database objects.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
