About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Splunk dashboards and visualizations for real‑time monitoring and business reporting.
- Write and optimize SPL queries to ingest, parse, and correlate log data from diverse sources.
- Implement alerting and incident response workflows aligned with Site Reliability Engineering principles.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to define data models and ensure data quality.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot performance issues, and tune Splunk indexing pipelines.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years focused on Splunk Enterprise or Splunk Cloud.
- Proficiency in SPL, dashboard development, and complex log analysis.
- Hands‑on experience building monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions in an SRE context.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.
- Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
