Experienced Splunk Architect responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise‑scale Splunk environments, with deep expertise in clustering, Linux/Windows administration, and advanced scripting and debugging.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Splunk enterprise architectures, including search head and indexer clustering.
- Configure, tune, and maintain high‑availability Splunk clusters to meet performance and data retention requirements.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (shell, regex) for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex Splunk performance, data ingestion, and search issues.
- Collaborate with security and operations teams to integrate Splunk with existing monitoring and alerting workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience designing and supporting enterprise‑scale Splunk deployments.
- Strong Linux and Windows system administration skills.
- Proficiency in shell scripting and regular‑expression based data parsing.
- Deep knowledge of Splunk search head clustering, indexer clustering, and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and experience with performance tuning and debugging in large‑scale environments.
