Join our IT team and support both office and manufacturing environments by ensuring reliable IT services, infrastructure support, and end-user assistance. This position is offered on a replacement contract.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for end users and business applications.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Support network connectivity, printing services, and local IT infrastructure.
• Install, update, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues.
• Support manufacturing and shop floor IT/OT environments.
• Coordinate technical activities with suppliers and external service providers.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and system inventories.
• Participate in infrastructure, migration, and hardware refresh projects.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, cybersecurity requirements, and service management processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or systems administration.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments is an asset.
• Knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, SCCM, and Microsoft SQL.
• Basic understanding of networking technologies and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with ticketing and IT service management systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
