Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement analytical frameworks to identify high‑value cardmember audiences for commerce advertising.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and models using Python, SQL, and cloud services to support real‑time audience segmentation.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate business goals into measurable analytics solutions.
- Produce dashboards and visualizations that communicate insights and performance metrics to senior stakeholders.
- Lead a team of analysts, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and fostering a data‑driven culture.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field, with a focus on audience targeting or advertising analytics.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and modeling.
- Strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and audience segmentation techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects.
