Software Engineer
Provide advanced technical support for medical devices, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, and delivering clear documentation and guidance to customers.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues for medical devices in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to reproduce problems, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed incident records and create technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and service reports.
- Ensure all support activities comply with FDA and other regulatory requirements.
- Provide clear, professional communication and training to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of technical support experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking, and device interfaces.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations, quality systems, and documentation standards.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a customer‑focused attitude.
