Lead end‑to‑end systems integration and test engineering, designing automated test frameworks and ensuring mission‑critical reliability across aerospace and defense platforms using Python, MATLAB, and CI/CD pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for complex defense systems.
- Integrate hardware, firmware, and software components, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to accelerate test execution and deployment cycles.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and drive root‑cause resolution.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define test plans, requirements traceability, and quality metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems integration and test engineering within aerospace or defense environments.
- Proficiency in Python and MATLAB for test automation and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and version control.
- Experience with hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HIL) and software‑in‑the‑loop (SIL) testing.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical setting.
