About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and validate ILS hardware and software components for aircraft and ground systems.
- Lead troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis of RF and avionics issues in flight and ground test environments.
- Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and scripts using advanced test equipment and simulation tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (electronics, software, systems) to integrate ILS solutions into larger defense platforms.
- Document design decisions, test results, and maintenance procedures for compliance and future reference.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Avionics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in avionics or RF systems engineering, with a focus on ILS or similar navigation aids.
- Proficiency with test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers) and simulation tools.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
