RF System Engineering specialist responsible for designing, analyzing, and validating high‑performance RF solutions using MATLAB, Python, and advanced test equipment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop RF subsystems and components for mission‑critical defense applications.
- Perform signal‑processing analysis and modeling using MATLAB and Python to validate performance specifications.
- Conduct RF testing, measurement, and troubleshooting with spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and custom test rigs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate antenna designs and ensure compliance with system requirements.
- Generate technical documentation, reports, and design reviews for stakeholder approval.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in RF system design, analysis, and testing.
- Proficiency in MATLAB and Python for signal processing and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of antenna theory, RF propagation, and microwave components.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
