About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end analytics solutions for supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics performance.
- Develop, test, and deploy machine‑learning models using Python and SQL to predict bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Create interactive dashboards and visual reports in Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate with SAP SCM functional teams to integrate analytics outputs into existing ERP workflows and support data‑driven decision making.
- Monitor model performance, conduct root‑cause analysis, and continuously refine algorithms to ensure accuracy and business relevance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field with 2–4 years of experience in process analytics or supply chain analytics.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn) and strong SQL querying skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Hands‑on experience building visualizations and dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with SAP SCM data structures and integration concepts.
- Ability to translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations and work in a fast‑paced, innovation‑focused environment.
