About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate workforce data into actionable insights.
- Design and develop data‑driven solutions, dashboards, and reporting frameworks using Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Shape the reporting strategy for talent metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic workforce planning and talent operations.
- Deliver executive‑ready insights and storytelling presentations that influence decision‑making across the talent lifecycle.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to maintain data quality, governance, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in people analytics, talent data analysis, or related field.
- Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI for data extraction, transformation, and visualization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable stories.
- Experience with statistical analysis and workforce planning metrics.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects from concept to delivery.
