Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of critical data center environments, ensuring optimal power, cooling, and reliability for mission‑critical IT infrastructure.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain critical environment systems including HVAC, cooling, and electrical power for data centers.
- Lead asset management activities, ensuring accurate inventory, lifecycle planning, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting procedures, and incident response plans.
- Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data center operations or critical environment management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, cooling, electrical power systems, and data center infrastructure.
- Proficiency in asset management tools and data center infrastructure management (DCIM) platforms.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
