About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HIL) test rigs and associated software for avionics subsystems.
- Create automated test procedures and scripts using Python, MATLAB, and C++ to validate functionality, performance, and safety requirements.
- Integrate and troubleshoot embedded hardware, sensors, and communication interfaces within test setups.
- Analyze test data, generate reports, and collaborate with design engineers to resolve anomalies.
- Support qualification and acceptance testing for flight hardware, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of avionics test experience.
- Proficiency in C++, Python, and MATLAB for test development and data analysis.
- Hands‑on experience building and operating HIL test equipment and embedded systems.
- Strong knowledge of signal processing, communication protocols, and safety‑critical testing practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment, and a commitment to safety.
