Software Engineer
Analytics specialist supporting talent leaders by designing dashboards, building reports, and delivering data‑driven insights across the employee lifecycle using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Python.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with talent leadership to define reporting requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI that track key talent metrics.
- Extract, transform, and model data from HR systems using SQL and Python to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Produce executive‑ready presentations and insight summaries that drive strategic workforce decisions.
- Monitor and improve existing People Analytics products, recommending enhancements based on stakeholder feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR/People analytics, reporting, or data visualization.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; hands‑on experience with Python for data cleaning and analysis.
- Advanced skills in Tableau or Power BI, with a portfolio of dashboards delivered to senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, able to convey complex insights in clear, actionable language.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, stakeholder‑focused environment, preferably within talent or HR functions.
