About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate space‑to‑ground interfaces for satellite missions.
- Coordinate cross‑disciplinary teams to integrate RF, telemetry, and data link subsystems.
- Lead test planning, execution, and analysis for ground equipment and software.
- Develop and maintain system architecture, requirements traceability, and configuration management.
- Provide technical guidance on integration challenges and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in satellite or space‑ground systems integration.
- Proficiency with RF/telemetry protocols, data link architectures, and test instrumentation.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with systems engineering standards (ISO 15288, MIL‑STD‑498) and tools (DOORS, MATLAB).
