About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quality and performance strategies for space system development and operations.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in root cause analysis, corrective action, and preventive measures.
- Implement data‑driven metrics and dashboards to monitor system reliability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001, AS9100) and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and lean principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or performance engineering within the space or aerospace sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Python, or similar).
- Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of guiding multidisciplinary teams.
