Software Engineer
Space Systems Analyst responsible for operational testing and evaluation of advanced space-based systems—including MILSATCOM, OPIR, directed energy, electronic warfare, pLEO constellations, and missile defense—using statistical analysis to develop test measures and assess performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and analyze operational test plans for space-based systems such as MILSATCOM, OPIR, directed energy, and electronic warfare assets.
- Develop and validate test measures, metrics, and evaluation criteria for missile warning, tracking, and defense platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering, mission operations, and intelligence teams to integrate pLEO constellation support and PNT capabilities into test scenarios.
- Apply statistical methods to interpret test data, identify trends, and recommend performance improvements.
- Document test results, author technical reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in space systems operational testing and evaluation.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, R, Python) and test data management.
- Strong knowledge of MILSATCOM, OPIR, directed energy, electronic warfare, pLEO constellations, and missile defense systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to produce clear technical documentation.
