- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost, quality, and risk.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and licensing agreements with vendors.
- Manage vendor relationships, performance metrics, and contract compliance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to forecast spend and align procurement strategy with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement and sourcing, preferably in indirect IT spend.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of SaaS licensing models and enterprise software contracts.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, global environment.
