About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through final testing, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and field crews, to deliver integrated mechanical contracting solutions.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and performance metrics, providing transparent reporting to stakeholders.
- Facilitate client and contractor communication, resolving issues and aligning project outcomes with client goals.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex construction projects, preferably in mechanical contracting or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of preconstruction processes, final testing protocols, and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and implement process improvements.
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
