Software Engineer
Lead technical support and solution design for UAV platforms, leveraging Python, C++, ROS, and embedded flight control expertise to deliver customized drone solutions for clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy UAV software solutions using Python, C++, and ROS frameworks.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into functional UAV prototypes.
- Integrate flight control systems, sensor suites, and communication stacks for mission‑critical applications.
- Provide on‑site and remote technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Document solution architecture, test plans, and user guides for internal and client use.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UAV or embedded systems development.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and ROS.
- Hands‑on experience with flight control firmware (PX4, ArduPilot) and drone SDKs.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
