About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that support field operations, including power, climate control, and tower lighting management.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce configurations and custom code.
- Write Apex triggers, classes, and Lightning components to extend platform functionality and automate business processes.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g., IoT devices, ERP, and scheduling tools) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Provide hands‑on technical support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions for end users.
- Document solution designs, technical specifications, and best practices for future maintenance and scalability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solutions Engineer or similar role.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and automation tools (Process Builder, Flow).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Effective communicator with experience training and supporting end users.
