Presales Solutions Engineer who partners with sales teams to design and demonstrate AI‑driven cloud security solutions, conduct technical workshops, and guide customers through proof‑of‑concepts using TrendAI technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and design AI‑powered security solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts that showcase the value of TrendAI offerings.
- Develop solution architectures, integration plans, and security assessments for cloud and on‑premise environments.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs, create technical proposals, and address security‑related queries throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide feedback to product management on market needs and feature gaps.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in security or cloud solution engineering, preferably with AI/ML components.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Hands‑on experience with security tools, threat detection, and incident response.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
