About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with advertisers and product partners to understand business goals and translate them into AI‑driven ad solutions.
- Design, prototype, and implement machine‑learning models and data pipelines using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and SQL.
- Integrate and optimize TikTok Ads APIs and cloud services (AWS) to deliver scalable, real‑time campaign insights.
- Conduct performance testing, debugging, and iterative improvement of models in production environments.
- Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training to client engineering teams and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of hands‑on experience in machine learning and ad‑tech solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and deep‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong SQL skills and experience building data pipelines on AWS (e.g., S3, Lambda, SageMaker).
- Demonstrated ability to work with advertising APIs, understand campaign metrics, and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused mindset for translating technical concepts into business value.
