About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support NetApp storage solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable storage architectures.
- Conduct on‑site and remote deployments, migrations, and upgrades, troubleshooting complex storage issues.
- Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash) to streamline provisioning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Provide technical guidance and training to clients and internal stakeholders on NetApp best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with NetApp storage platforms (ONTAP, AFF, FAS).
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware) and cloud storage (AWS, Azure).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills for client interaction and cross‑functional collaboration.
