About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre‑sales technical engagements, delivering product demos and proof‑of‑concepts for AI‑powered security solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate customer requirements into scalable cloud architectures.
- Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for production incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, whitepapers, and best‑practice guides for internal and external audiences.
- Act as a trusted advisor, identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to the sales pipeline.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales or solutions engineering within AI, cloud, or cybersecurity domains.
- Proficiency with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience designing secure, scalable architectures.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and security tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS).
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working remotely in a fast‑paced environment.
