We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team in Korea. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for working closely with our customers to understand their technical needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. You will be working with a variety of technologies, including Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical projects.
- Design and implement technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a solutions engineering or technical account management position.
- Strong technical expertise in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience working with customers and internal teams to identify and prioritize technical projects.
